Bruno Latour

The Compositionist Manifesto by Bruno Latour questions the centrality of "critique." He argues that the recent fetishization of the notion of critique creates a self-destructive situation, because it posits a true "beyond" which is always-already dismissed. He proposes the idea of composition, which requires that we move from "matters of fact" to "matters of concern," and the possibility of reassembling the social.

  3. Perhaps ironic was not the right word. It is a very "meta" blog entry, In that you're analyzing a critique of the concept of analyzation and critique in general.
